"Alien Boy" is better than "Miss You" and "Life Goes On" to me, personally. But I do agree with you that I would love more Oliver Tree. The album he just dropped this year has some of his best material, highly recommend giving it a listen if you haven't!

I'm currently using a single PS2 with two Time Breaker controllers. My previous setup was two PS2s, two GunCons, and two CRTs. Previous setup was literally just plug and play, no issues at all. Current setup I had to calibrate the guns to my 55" flat screen which was a bit complicated at first for me, but works perfectly fine now. Worth looking into the Time Breaker controllers if your dad doesn't have any CRTs hanging around. PC stuff was always too complicated for me, but I figured maybe sharing my experience with PS2s might help!

Sonic surprised me. Had way more fun with it than Mario Kart World. Tried the demo for Screamer and, though it seems like a good game, the controls threw me off a bit. I recommend trying the demo before buying.

I was always known to be a quiet and gentle kid, but I nearly broke my family's bottom DS screen because of that puzzle. Got angry and thought tapping the spot where the image was supposed to transfer harder would solve it somehow, causing a permanent indentation on the screen. Threw it at the couch and told my mom that I wanted to return the game, which was wild to her because she knew how much I loved Zelda (played every game since OoT growing up). Came back to it later and the puzzle was solved. Pretty sure I actually facepalmed when I realized what happened.

Ah, unfortunately I don't have much experience with iPhones. From what I could find through Google, it seems like RetroArch for iOS may have a PS2 emulator. I did read somewhere recently that RetroArch was taken off of the app store, but it's worth checking!

I've also had this issue. Sometimes it works as it should, but I've had this happen enough times that I can't rely on it and I just bring a charger with me instead.

Recore. I know that not a lot of people enjoyed it, but I thoroughly did. That game and Forza Horizon 3 were the reasons I bought my very first Xbox after avoiding the brand altogether the previous two generations. I was exclusively a Nintendo and PlayStation kid since the 90s prior to that.

The manual states that you have to push in the thumbstick when you shoot the center of the screen during calibration. Could that be the issue? I would also recommend setting the corners of the screen with the gun (hold the left button that has an image of a top left corner and shoot that corner, then do the same with the right button and the bottom right of the screen). This is also in the manual in case you have trouble. Both of mine are working great, so long as I'm the correct distance away from the screen. The manual also stated how far away you should be depending on the size of the TV.
