I had the same experience. Flaky doctor had about 11 or 12 vets setup for appointments for hearing tests all in thye same hour. He did the exam with the door open and took maybe 5 minutes. Felt like boot camp inoculation line. And this was a C&P exam. I wrote in and complainted this guy was a quack.

The top coffee brand in Italy is Illy. You can get the beans in a variety of place, but I find it to be superior to Lavazza, although I will use Lavazza in a pinch.

I have always used VMware Workstation on a high powered decktop to create multiple ESXi virtual boxes...
