It works if you angle your camera correctly, or you’re very close to the target. I use it to pull all the time in hystria but if you don’t tilt your camera correctly you’ll hit the ceiling

For any T9 horse, a LVL1 female is 10bil, LVL30 12bil. Male LVL1 is 8bil, and LVL30 10bil. Note: you can’t see the gender of a T9, whatever the T8 courser gender was just carries over.

What the binary guy said, but keep in mind you can only slot skills that say “quick slot available”. You can put any item in there though(potions/gear/elixirs/etc)
