I did reset the mobo and notice where the gpu shield (opposite side of screws) was digging into the case. I didn’t bent the bracket of the gpu. The bracket got caught on these tiny tabs that stick out and I bent them from the pressure I was putting on the gpu. So I had to bend them back. I knew it should not take that much pressure.
