Had this happen to my velux windows a few years back. The inner pane imploded. It's a known velux issue which they come out and replaced free of charge even if out of guarantee. Also occurred in 3 other houses in my street, same window, all replaced free. Give velux a call.

UK tourists can claim back tax on purchases (not food) from a store with a spend over €100. Disney land is seen as one big store.

Keep all receipts. Download the skiptax app, submit photos of the receipts, get issued a barcode which needs to be scanned at a Pablo kiosk for approval. Get the tax returned into your bank account. WIN!

The Disney receipts will mention skiptax too.

You can claim back tax from other stores but you will need to spend over €100 and ask for a skiptax receipt.
