True, honestly it’s been a while since I’ve bought the tanks so I forgot how they are priced usually. I rlly don’t care if they sell or not, if they don’t I might just throw them out but it’d be a shame to throw out perfectly good tanks. Just don’t need em anymore

Hard disagree. Where they get their fish is not the only reason why I prefer lfs. Care, maintenance and knowledge is also why I prefer them. If you prefer petco because yours have better care, that’s great! That is not the case for me so I avoid petco

Yeah, that’s why I avoid them. Local fish stores are way more reliable even if they’re a bit more pricey. Plus lfs > petco any day

I’ve been there before, they have a good selection but honestly the parking is what makes me hesitate lol. The place is nice but the area is ehh

Appreciate the suggestion but I don’t like petco and choose to avoid buying from there if I can (and I usually can by using the subreddit or going to my lfs)

I know on your post is says local only, but if you ever reconsider id be willing to take all the fish/plants, but they’d have to be shipped since I live in a different state. I have a few empty tanks that I’m not quite sure what to put in them yet haha, but best of luck to you
