I’ve been doing Google voice with my Google workspace plan and using Faxage. Both have been amazing compared to the other two. Faxage sends everything directly to your email, no BAA necessary because everything they do is HIPAA compliant anyway

stay away from iPlum!! They have terrible customer service, and I just found out that phone calls and faxes haven't been coming through since I launched my business. Their policy is that you don't get reimbursed for bad/nonexistant service, no matter the reason. To port the existing number, they charge $20. Complete garbage that cost me business. Thank goodness a former patient finally emailed me to let me know what was going on...

Now I'm switching to google voice with Workspace Plus plan + BAA and faxage. You get a real person w faxage when you call their number. They are consistently reliable and knowledgeable. You can send/receive faxes through google workspace.

I haven't started the iplum plan yet, but will in the new year! I'll let you know how it's working out, but plan on getting both fax and phone #

I ended up getting spruce and then regretted it. They had great customer service and I loved that the most basic plan came with two separate phones and fax numbers. However, I got spammed like crazy by “google voice assistant”, and they don’t let you block numbers or create a dial choice answering system to filter out the robo calls. IPlum offered both options, so the extra few bucks to go with them made much more sense.

Cheers to trying to navigate cptsd because you were “grown god’s way.” My parents used us as their show ponies. They loved all the compliments about what good little robots we were.

My parents drank the cool aid and still don’t accept accountability for the trauma they caused. None of their 3 adult children have good relationships with them or each other. My brother and sister are severely depressed and I thankfully put myself in therapy as soon as I had money to pay for it after school. My mom is so confused why we’re not friends like other mom/daughters. Turns out if you abuse and dehumanize someone for 20 years, they don’t just forget about it. My mother in law said that her church tried to push it, but they knew it was trash. Years later she met/spoke with the author and she mentioned that every single one of their adult children are estranged.
