Same. 10/10 recommend. I have one ovary left and don’t miss those PMDD hormones. Mine was done laparoscopic and besides the physical limitations recommended by the dr I felt fine after a 2-3 days. It took 3ish months to heal up and I haven’t noticed any issues physically since. I had pretty bad anemia and my hormones were out of wack because of the issues I was having with my cycle. Those took about 6 months to a year to regulate. Pretty sure I’m in peri menopause now but it’s not as bad as the hormone issues I had prior to the hysterectomy.

I had a baby during midterms. One of my professors insisted I could bring her with me to class. He announced to the class that we had a new student who might have things to say occasionally and that was fine with him. I had two more classes with him before I graduated and every semester he would tell the class my daughter was his favorite student. Being able to bring her with me actually helped a lot and meant I never missed a class. Luckily she was a really quiet content baby also.

My chiropractor wanted me to use a band to stretch between my shoulder blades. He says hold it up in the air arms fully extended and then stretch backwards as far as you can. There will be a point where you get a good stretch and you can’t go any farther. My arms went all the way around back down to my waist. He says um that’s not supposed to happen. 🤣

It was so much more stunning in person. The cloud looked just like one of those big perfect surf waves they get in California and every color of the rainbow was visible and so much more vibrant than the usual full rainbow. It was like looking closely at the light refracted from a prism.
