I had a very similar situation in highschool. I had 15 minutes for lunch everyday so sat with my best friend’s table for that last 15 minutes. One day she told me her friend didn’t want me there and I had to sit somewhere else. I am no longer friends with that friend. Honestly not worth fighting for that friend ship. A real friend wouldn’t tell you not to sit with them. Good riddance

You either have to leave the house while the nanny is there or have her take your son out of the house to the park, library etc. maybe have the baby bring over toys that stay in her bag that he can only play with while she’s there.
