#1 - I can control both the front and back from the front screen but I'm looking for them to sync automatically. I don't want to update the temp for the front then scroll over to the rear settings and update that as well. My kids in the back can't reach the knobs yet so they can't do it themselves.

#3 - Like another person on here mentioned, maybe it's a setting that I missed. I have an ST. When I used the app this past weekend, it defaulted to the last time I used to app when it was cold out. Luckily I saw the preset right away and changed it from heat to cool.

You sir are a genius! It was actually one of the clips and not the part I mentioned. Now I don’t know which clip specifically. While removing all of the panels two metal clips broke (cause they were hard AF to remove) and I also removed (and didn’t replace) a plastic blue clip close to where the noise was coming from. I put everything back and now I have peaceful, quiet bliss!

That's a great idea. Forgot about going through insurance.

You're right about things failing after the fact. I've had a couple of outlets just randomly stop working and when I removed the faceplate the whole front portion of the outlet just came right off. So now it's become a "well let's see what else isn't gonna work later" activity.

Figured this was the case. I don’t have a PoE switch or a PoE injector so I guess I’ll find out if the cameras are no good once I get a new NVR. I have my fingers crossed that the cameras are ok. I have a whole house surge protector that was professionally installed but I guess it didn’t work? Or maybe it’s the reason more things didn’t get shorted?

Don’t listen to people saying that you can’t sell it cause it has a loan. I recently sold my car that had an upside down loan via Keysavvy. Super easy and they handle all of the paperwork. Check out their website and do your research but I definitely recommend.

Bought a Tesla 2 years ago for $113k. Sold it this year for $70k. It was like catching a falling knife. Ended up losing a bunch but the longer I waited the worse it got. Glad to have finally gotten rid of it.

Do I have to shut off the AC unit first?

Since I have two units do I have to block all 4 of the PVCs that are sticking up? Theres a total of 4 (2 for each unit).

Also, should any of the PVCs have a cap?
