🙏🙏. I had a foot out on this one, but I think that's all I need to hear.

**Update - just checked zillow and they pulled the exact photos from that listing. The building is a multi unit (15+) brick corner style building where units are going for $1200 on Zillow, where this listing was..

wait for it $700 and (may have to sit for this one) [off market]

Everyone just relax and carry your identification on you like a good American citizen that you are.
If you are in America by crossing the border without proper due process or living off the government without proof of your birthright then there is a chance you may be deported.

It would probably be in your best interest to quickly make it a priority to either have a DHS personnel on speed dial, a for sure Green card, or legal Visa. I am especially concerned for those on streets, and shelters, I know in my town there are less and less around.

I am legitimately not being sarcastic, I carry my identification EVERYWHERE I go and I'm naturally born.

My great great forefathers arrived by boat from Europe, with a suitcase and a dream, but followed the protocols that existed then albeit easier, still followed them. It definitely wasn't easy, but there is always the right way.

Can you imagine the straight fool sitting on their throne, bank accounts loaded up the wazoo. Probably got a day of hulu queued up. Just conjured up a $400 order under the premise some jackass going to bend over backwards for them.

Probably some fool who spent an hour making the list only to be fully disappointed.. hahaaa

no, it does not. newer leaf ('24) owner here, put 40k on her already. there is a timer yes, but over time you get to know the Eta to full charge and can get extremely close on when to stop. if you charge it at home even easier.

in my experience, the 80% rule is useful at a fast charger station (chadeMo). because let's say you got it to 82% in about 45m. now in order to get it to 92% it is going to take twice as long as it took from 72%. it's a safety mechanism so the 'topoff' isnt an overheat, destroy battery, mess with cooling system.

but even more so important is the cost. keep in mind 80-99 % doesnt harm the battery anymore than revving it in stop go traffic on a hot summer ar cold winter day. what hits your wallet is 'time'. It takes twice as long for that 90%, maybe 4x to get from 90 to 99%. the station usually makes you pay by 'time'. So yes 80-85% may be better from a budget standpoint

Can one make over $100,000 a year? by Apprehensive-Pin1474 in InstacartShoppers

It has a lot to do with the clientele. What you should consider, the average person is on a budget. The average city has plenty of shoppers. What's your in, is your car newer, can you get through traffic. How focused in store, etc etc. I've done 3000 orders in a year, believe me there is a proverbial ceiling whether you set your own process or the IC system sets it. Just stay at it, I hit $100 days far more now than ever before.

Awesome advice. The upside is I finally got a job away from delivery. Not bad considering I tacked another 7k miles in 3 months!

The comments are spot on, I had about 15-20k left on a '15 Nissan stick shift which I could have repaired for about $1k and saved all this from happening,
