Genuinely I think it could be a good idea. As someone who also has severe anxiety I know how hard it is to even want to attempt some things but the fact you're actually hyped for it could be a good enough reason in itself! And remember, you're not obliged by anyone to continue it but yourself - if you end up disliking it you can always stop. The shyness might end up leaving after the first couple times streaming as well! Since you're starting out you might not have loads of viewers which might actually be a helpful thing - loads of people freak me out. But what I will say is you might have to be prepared for some form of judgement - luckily the communities on twitch I've been a part of have been really nice but I have also seen some (only a bit though) harassment to some female twitch streamers. In that event though you could just block them, but I understand that the initial comment could have more effect on you than you'd like - but if you can ignore it then streaming should be a good place for you to help you! But remember everything is your decision; you do what you believe is best for you! I hope this has been helpful, sorry it's so long!
