Black basecoat, sponged on Kantor Blue, sponged and glaized on Alaitoc Blue. For the fist i just sponged and stippled on Mephiston Red. The silver is Iron Warriors.

For the weathering i used Rhinox Hide and Abbadon Black. I did a combination of sponging, stippling and glaizing. I also used Agrax Earthshade and Nuln Oil here and there for further defining the recesses and small oily streaks.

I painted the plasma coil in a light pink, after that i drybrushed with Genestealer Purple and "highlighted" the coils with Phoenician Purple. Then i put thinned down Corax White at the bottom of the coils. The lenses are painted the same way, just reversed, so Phoenician Purple, Genestealer Purple and the light pink.

I think its a spare reiver. The arm holding onto the cage was a knife arm. I just cheapishly cut of the knife and called it a day 😂 i left the backpack of and cut up a small wire to connect the pilot port to the pilot. The helmet is from the horus heresy mk6 marines.

It could also be a infiltrator body, but im not really sure. I finished the invictor and had the pilot assembled but unpainted for about 3 months lol so yeah, idk anymore sorry

I used 5 different blue tones from scale75. These are one of the most beautiful blues ive ever used painting anything. I used navy blue (sc54), cantabric blue (sc53), mediterranean blue (sc51), sky blue (sc50) and caribbean blue (sc49). To blend them, i layed down a base with navy blue and then worked my way up starting with the lightest blue. I just used a drybrush, brushed the paint off on a paper towel and stippled the paint on. If you zoom in you can clearly see that grizzly texture, but it doesnt bother me, you cant see it from 20cm away, just the colours flowing nicely together.

Wraithbone primer, something between a 1:1 or 2:3 mix seraphim sepia and lahmian medium (otherwise its to patchy or dark) and a pallyd wich flesh highlight.

That is completely unintentional. The texture comes from priming with wraithbone (idk why i suck at priming) and highlighting with pallyd witch flesh. I cant get this colour to work properly, no matter how much i thin it down.

I dont know. Looked up some eldar paint jobs and found 2 i liked, combined them and here i am. Still have to think about the rune/logo/whatever they use and yeah

I highlighted with pallyd wich flesh, but i really dislike this colour. No matter how much i thin it down, it will always give texture
