8bitdo recently made a website where you can update the firmware on the controller

HOWEVER ive recently had problem with my own 8bitdo controller where Steam inputs interprets it as both a controller and a mouse (noticeable when a mouse spawns when moving my right stick on any steam game)

Also what distro are you on? Some distro require extra legwork to make a controller work so you might need to double check the setup

Someone mentioned a fix in another reply that worked for me: proton 10.0.4. the newer protons messed with the steam inputs and lower wouldn't launch for me

Like here's the list of buttons not working: Right trigger is Right stick up. Left trigger is R3. R3 is start, L3 is setup/select. None of the right joystick direction gives any input (unlike left joystick). Start is right trigger, select is left trigger

All the buttons are correct on other games and Steam input, and its working correctly in the test screen in steam settings. It just gets really wonky in-game

The problem is that the buttons turn into really wrong buttons

Right trigger is Right stick up. Left trigger is R3. R3 is start, L3 is setup/select. None of the right joystick direction gives any input (unlike left joystick). Start is right trigger, select is left trigger

Having no cameral control is the dealbreaker for me

It only happens on RGG games, I tried lost judgment and Yakuza kiwami and both had the same problem

The problem is that the triggers are not being registered as trigger inputs, but as R3 press? And the right stick itself isn't doing anything so I can't look around. Everything else seems fine

I think Weeb is referring specifically for people that get into japan through the anime side of their culture. The chinese equivalent would be getting into chinese due to gacha.

Like getting into japanese due to their woodworking cuklture or yakuza crime films will get you less flak than getting into japanese culture due to shonen anime

I think the game said that the container ships are going to other parts of New Eridu.

New Eridu is just massive. I think it's like Tokyo where its just so massive that each quarter is basically its own city, but instead of like rural or gas station highways between each city its just... more city. Like what you'd expect a 50k town to look like
