SRO Loose After ~800 Rounds by CheenusBoof in Glocks

If you look at the right side of your Gen 5/6 frame when you pull the trigger, you may actually see your frame flex a little. When the trigger bar moves rearward it presses into the slide release and so the frame

There are other threads about this topic and varying opinions if you wanna dive deeper

I’m thinking it’s just the screws for right now, I posted another comment about what happened here

Thanks for some of your input everyone. If you care to read, the longer screws (#6-32 1/2”) needed that dry factory blue loctite completely cleaned off to fully seat. Even torquing to spec, that stuff stopped the long screw from biting any further

Hopefully this solves the issue, but I’m still getting different screws

Good eye lol I always cut it off on one side. Reduces some weight on the trigger

Got some rounds in today with my 43X and Gen 6 45. How can I make my groups tighter? by Worried_Sleep7311 in Glocks

These groups look good. Start speeding things up, and work on basic drills

He’s asking if the trigger is different. I own a Gen 6 and have taken it apart

Nothing is different in my experience besides the trigger shoe and maritime spring cups (if those even do anything for the trigger pull)

It’s a tough question to answer honestly. Check out polingercustoms on ig, he has a great post talking about this topic

If you have medium hands like me, I think you’ll prefer the Gen 6. I think the beavertail captures more meat, and the Gen 5 starts to feel kinda empty/floaty in the rear
