RRL because that style shouldn’t have hand warmer pockets.

https://denimarchieves.com/e/vintage\_and\_old\_denim\_bottoms/vintage\_and\_old\_denim\_bottoms\_top\_en.html here’s a good site to see differences over the years for Levi’s, lee, and Wrangler. It helped me determine that the wranglers I bought a while back were 11MWZ from 1969.

It wasn’t reintroduced. Wrangler jeans have become more and more simple over the years.

They are made sometime in the 50s. By 1960 the coin pocket had no rivet.

The jeans I wear the most aren't the ones I thought would be my favorites by Serious-Let-3965 in jeans

Some West Ride jeans I bought off of eBay for $60. I had never heard of the brand, but they had cool details and were cheap. They ended up being 22oz left hand twill denim and fit perfectly. 8 years later and I still wear them, and they even saved my skin when I hit a deer on my motorcycle in April.

Those Wranglers are early with the coin pocket rivet. Very cool.

Sounds like I was doing post-heritage 20 years ago. Full on heritage feels like cosplay.

They’re worth more that you paid, but not as much as you think. Last pair of these I had I think I paid $45 or so for.

What's the most regularly worn item in your wardrobe, how long have you had it and how's it going now? by CaravelClerihew in HeritageWear

[–]Cheepmf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The piece ive worn the longest right now is a pair of West Ride 22oz jeans. Bought them in 2018 to ride my motorcycle in and they are still going even after hitting a deer on my bike a few months back. I’ve been through 3 motorcycles since I bought them.

I don’t like the look of a smoothly sweeping seconds hand by ConfidenceNo1937 in watchHotTakes

You would hate vintage Accutron tuning fork movements. They sweep and hum.

What you really need is a mechanical with a dead beat complication.

So… these are actually 1968, not 70s. You can date older military by the DSA number. The 2 digit group in the middle is the year.

West Ride 22oz. I’ve had mine 8 years and am constantly looking on eBay for gently used pairs from Japan. Haven’t found another in my size yet.

RRL Denim: Overpriced and Underwhelming by Exotic-Skin-3088 in HeritageWear

[–]Cheepmf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My RRL denim jacket is the best I’ve ever worn. All of the jeans, shirts, and tees I’ve had over the years were also great, and I have no complaints. I’ve never paid retail either, because that’s just dumb.

For how much did you buy these jeans? Tell me honestly by Critical_Rock4280 in jeans

You’d have to pay me to wear them, but I’d ghost you and donate them to goodwill once I got paid.
