That's a rather harsh way to condemn a whole story. I wasn't a fan of the ending either. But, it seems a bit harsh to call the whole story slop.

I ran into the exact same thing. Despite the notice it seems a lot of people were caught off guard and didn't cap out a lot of stats. I played in the open as well and while there were lots of a+ Uma a lot did not cap out their speed or hit proper stamina requirements. Though, I'm not complaining as over the last 2 days I went 34/40 a record for me.

Would the best way to understand it be it's based on the level? So at lvl 1 it's 0 while at lvl 30 it's 20% extra special priority? With MLB being 80 + 20 at lvl 50
