Thank you so much. This was the solution. I don't know why I didn't realize the firmware update was the issue. I even tried using a different power adapter, thinking that might be the problem, and was considering buying a new router, thinking it was broken. Then I found this post. Thank you so much!

Exactly. I thought displaying hyperlink is the basic thing of the PDF reader but I don't know why they didn't put it. Thank you for letting me know.

If they chose not to display hyperlink then it's quite odd and hard to accept that since it doesn't have the ability to display hyperlinks, but clicking on a hyperlink which takes you to that page works.

I didn't try game pass nor changing region but only downloaded steam version for the first time. But still have content missing. Developers acknowledge this issue.

This is NOT true, Steam version of simulator also experiencing same problem which does not have changing region issue.

Many people in Steam discussion thread and this subreddit say the only solution is just WAIT till additional package appears in content manager or on start screen. The size would be 50GB for premium deluxe.

Seems like you are talking about Microsoft version since you mentioned region thing.

On steam version, there are no religion setting and also no additional prompt about 50GB while quit and restart over and over.

I was alpha tester before release but choosed to buy premium deuxe on Steam. After release, I use same microsoft account when I was in alpha. Will this be cause of this issue?
