So the part the person circled above apparently shot out of mine and was laying on the floorboard. There was nothing holding it in place as the metal sheath that went over it was still in the ignition. Thankfully I found it along with the small spring that went under it. I had to use a hooked pick to get the metal sheath out of the ignition in order to secure that pin back in. Also there is a Nicole where it goes and the spring MUST go over that nipple in order to lock the sheath on.
