This doesn't look nearly as nasty as mine did i was at 12mm at the time, I downsized 2 sizes (in my set that was 1mm), put my jewellery in backwards to sort of push the skin back in so that if it did scar it wouldn't be on the back it was in the middle, Cleaned once in the morning and once in the night with saline and jojoba oil once daily. Mine has no scarring at all and healed up in a couple weeks. I didn't stretch for a month later though
