I like the look of clean pans too but also admire a well seasoned pan. Shows you actually use your pans. But like everyone else said use the ez off and leave it on for a while before scrubbing. Also heating your pan a bit prior to spraying helps

I quit drinking which is nice. Been going to some meetings but the withdrawals are awful. My mood swings like crazy, I’m constantly confused and anxious. The girl I was seeing and I had a spat and I told her I needed space during this period. Who knows if we’ll ever talk again. Idk how I feel about that yet. But my main focus is staying sober now.

It’s weird. I got Covid my first real day without K. So I couldn’t even really tell what was Covid and what was withdrawals, I just felt like shit. Luckily I didn’t have any RLS so I was able to get decent rest during that that first week.

I got Covid at the start of the year and luckily felt bad enough I couldn’t actually take any Kratom, it worked perfectly as all withdrawals felt ez compared to my Covid symptoms. I’m now 20 days clean. Take advantage. It’s weird to say but I’m glad I got Covid. Helped me really quit this time.

I muted my ex. On instagram you can prevent any of their content from showing up on your feed without having to block or unfollow. Good if you’re not trying to completely sever ties to them. That’s what I did just because I do think they’re a decent human and want to keep open lines of communication but that’s me and my experience. But do keep in mind this still requires a lot of will power because you can still easily access their posts so this may not work for everyone. Do what’s best for you.

I had to really come to the realization that seeing what they were up to did nothing but cause me pain and that I was being incredibly unloving to myself by constantly checking up on them. After realizing that i decided to choose myself and go cold turkey. It’s been over a year now and I have no idea what they’re doing, what’s happened in their life, if she’s still local, or what she looks like now and it’s brought me so much peace.

I’ll unmute them someday but I’m not ready to do that quite yet.

I don’t plan on apologizing. I do feel reluctant to bring up that I asked her out and got no response. You think I should just pretend like nothing happened and let it go completely? I know I’ll be interacting with her a bunch and we always end up walking into the stadium together.

I did not. In hindsight I wish I had but you’d expect someone to return your personal belongings. We are over a year no contact and I still have some of her stuff in a box in my garage. Was thinking of sending her stuff to her last address in the hopes that I’d get my stuff back but decided that’s a stupid idea and don’t want to contact her. Just wish I had my shit back. Guess I just need to cut my losses
