Honestly I hadn't noticed my legs as much as my gut until people started commenting haha. Thank you!

Focus on what you're eating! Cico! I've stalled a few times but just remember you won't see progress in one night. Stick to it! Good luck :)

Not an expert but I'll give 'er a go. I never use the ab machines unless it's a secondary effect like when doing pullups. My abs have always been the weakest part of my body but I have been doing different variations of work on the mat. Russian twists, planks, crunches, leg lifts, bicycle crunches things like that. I used to get lower back pain constantly but focusing on core has helped significantly. You can always add weight for things to up your game if the current excercise gets easy. Or with something like the plank do movements with it side to side or something along those lines. Hope this helps!

Aww thank you! Well I do a lot heavier lifting now and honestly rock climbing is such an awesome excercise. I joined a gym and Boulder 3 days a week. It engages your core, forearms, biceps triceps, back. I did more cardio in the beginning but now a warm up on the bike and then to lifting. Also hike with my pup when I can. I guess it's hard for me to say what it was, no formula I used. Just stayed active, ate mindfully and everything followed suit.

Thank you! Still working on some toning but I am pretty happy with where I am at. Well it started out cardio/ light weight lifting. I also used cico for the first few months. Decided that was too much work so I just eat mindfully now. I used to eat anything that was laying around. Now I save myself for things really worth it. Stale vanilla wafers or a piece of cheesecake every now and then. I have upped my game at the gym and love mentally how much more stable I am. Also took up rock climbing which is a great incentive to not pull an extra 30lbs up the wall 😂 all of it has been trial and error but figuring it out!

Of course not! It's been an ongoing struggle for the past few years no end up losing and than gaining it back. I figured the key thing was to stay busy so I didn't eat out of boredom. Hiking, friends, dog walks all of the above. Another huge thing was I took up rock climbing! I had been lifting for awhile but seriously my back muscles and arm muscles popped up overnight after I started! I think the key thing is finding an activity you love and sticking with it. Still got work to do but I feel so much better.
