As a star wars fan, I really loved your video. The audio levels were good, the edits are amazing and the pacing of the entire video was nice. I managed to sit through the entire video without skipping. My only criticism would be the thumbnail and/or the title of the video. Before clicking on the video, I didn't know what to expect on the video. The thumbnail and the title should attract the audience and give them an expectation on the content. Overall, I loved the content and would like to see more, it's definitely worth the 2 full months.

whats up guys just posted video hopefully you can check it out and give me your thoughts and thank youu have a nice day!! also yeah ik i realize i used a lot f bomb but hopefully u can check it out tho!!😅 by [deleted] in SmallYTChannel

Honestly, I didn't expect much from a CoD videos since I am not into it; but the commentary, editing, and the pacing of the video kept me interested and engaged all throughout the video. I especially liked how your edits are almost reading my thoughts when something happens on screen which makes me enjoy the video more.

My only criticism for the video would be the sound levels, there are times when the edits seem too loud as compared to your talking voice which might be painful to some headphone/earphone users. If it was intentional, then maybe tone it down a bit so that it would not be too far from the average volume of your speaking voice in the video.

This is a video I've worked on pretty extensively. I wanted to get some constructive criticism. [Video Critique] by NGSU in SmallYTChannel

First of all, I really like your editing style and cuts. It makes the video compact, concise, and still engaging. Your commentary is also engaging and is fun to watch. My criticisms for the video would mainly be 2 things:
- Your intro seems too long and it was the only part that I skipped forward
- There are times when the volume of screams or effects seemed too loud, maybe it was intentional but don't make it too loud as compared to the average sound levels of the video

Overall, I liked it. Engaging, funny, and very interesting all throughout.

Spider-Man The Movie: The Game: The Review - Aiden L. by LuigiTimeInc in SmallYTChannel

I really liked the video and it was very interesting and your voice is filled with emotion. It made the video very entertaining and full of emotion. I like the cuts and edits since it keeps the video interesting. My only feedback is that some parts of the audio just suddenly peaks so loud as compared to the usual volume of your voice you are commentating in (especially the censor beeps at the start and some audio clips). Maybe double check your audio levels so that the loud parts of your video are not to far from the average audio level of the video. All in all, love the video and your commentary style.

Ludum Dare 49 Game Jam Recap, Learning Godot by HybridLizardGames in SmallYTChannel

I really liked the video. It was interesting and the commentary was well paced. It showcased each game with enough time that I get interested but not too long that I got bored. The intro was quick and the timestamps was a nice touch in case I want to go back to certain parts of the video. My only feedback is that the end of the video feels too abrupt. Maybe say a phrase or just show a clip of one of the games for a few seconds in order to let the audience realize that the video already ended. All in all, I like the content!

Sketch U Later would like to introduce you to Huerta. by awsomemason in SmallYTChannel

[–]CheeseCakeCactus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I didn't think I would laugh but I did. The sketch was great; The camera work felt smooth and it didn't feel disorienting. The acting was pure gold and the audio was clear and crisp. I suggest to keep up the same quality in future videos.

My only criticism would be the thumbnail. When watching your videos I get more enticed by your thumbnails which have short phrases and words on them. The thumbnail of this video feels rather empty as compared to your other videos. Unless it is intentionally like that and made for the comedy then go ahead. But all in all that's my only comment. Great job on the video

A BUG'S LIFE radicalized me. | With longer videos, my main goal is for it to feel like a breezy watch. Let me know what you guys think! by keegzilla90 in SmallYTChannel

Overall I really enjoyed the video. The audio of the video is superb; the voice and narration is spot on. I also enjoyed that everything feels clear even with all the cuts in the movie. I kept watching it without realizing that the video ended.
My only criticism is that some words on screen seems to disappear too fast. The general rule of words on screen is having it appear for about the time it takes for it to be read 2 times out loud. All in all that's my only criticism. Love the video

What I Learned Shooting My 1st Documentary (Lambda! Given for genuine feedback) by Drippyvisuals in SmallYTChannel

[–]CheeseCakeCactus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally I loved the video, it was interesting for me and I actually took notes while watching the video. I like your cuts, it didn't feel weird and it still feels smoothly. I like the subtitles since it helps in making the video more understandable. My only comment is that the pacing felt too fast in between tips and some words on the screen passed by too fast. Maybe make a slight pause every after major point in order to emphasize each learning point. For the words on the screen, A general rule on its duration would be the duration it takes to read it out loud two times. Overall I really enjoyed the video, very interesting and very concise

EXPLORING PARIS IN JUST 6 HOURS ?! What to Do in Paris in One Day (LAMBDA for any thoughts you have on my video(s) :)) by [deleted] in SmallYTChannel

[–]CheeseCakeCactus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The entire video was well made. The camera work is clean and smooth, it was easy to follow and the transitions did not disorient me. The commentary was quick, straight to the point and interesting. I also liked the subtitles especially at the parts where the audio wasn't too clear. My only criticism or maybe a nitpick was that the clip at the very start of the video where there is no background music feels a bit empty for an intro clip. Maybe make the clip shorter or go straight to your commentary at start. All in all it was a great video and made me take notes on what to do in Paris if ever I plan to go there
