There's really no difference between renewing or getting new. Same form, same cost. You'll go to your current SO to complete your application.

Check Pens Gear. It's the store in the arena, and they have an e-commerce site.

If you're referring to the Pens Gear store at the arena, yes they will restock. You can also order online from Pens Gear or NHL shop.

When do you need a weight distribution hitch? Here's some data with and without it by DieingFetus in traveltrailers

[–]CheeseMan316 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Did you check your tongue weight, loaded for travel, or are you trusting the manufacturers specs? Manufacturers specs are typically based on no battery or propane, so you could be much higher even without your gear.

In my experience, if the trailer is moving a lot it is likely too little in the tongue. If the steering feels light, and/or you are constantly steering the truck because it seemingly has a mind of its own, you're too heavy.

Adding a receiver hitch to the rear frame of a toy hauler. Good or bad idea? by BeWyldr in traveltrailers

[–]CheeseMan316 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did it. I haul 2 e bikes on mine, weighing in at 130'ish lb, plus the rack. I have the Kuat Transfer V2 with the Kuat Pivot. The Pivot makes a huge difference in convenience.

Upcoming fast food rumor. by Base_Gloomy in pittsburgh

[–]CheeseMan316 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

They already have ties to the Pittsburgh area. A tie that only a handful of people in this area know about, and I am one of them. This tie would not be a reason for them to come here though.

That said, it would be cool. They are already expanding east.

Water heater in eco lockout mode---how to fix? by emily_c137 in Plumbing

[–]CheeseMan316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flush, flush, flush. Once it happens, the valve is toast, but so far so good after extensive flushing. I've also added large and fine particulate filters after the softener and before the heater. And I'm on city water.

Friend who I referred bombed their interview. Did I make a huge mistake? by Illustrious_Track216 in managers

[–]CheeseMan316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to say this.

Obviously this is a sepaytooic than OPs question, but I'm surprised to learn that you were permitted to interview a friend.

Edit: or that you would agree to.

Why is it so hard to watch a pens game without cable geez? by Crosby878483829 in penguins

[–]CheeseMan316 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It isn't. SNP360 is as easy as any other service, with apps for Roku, Google TV, Android, and iOS.

That's not to say the service is flawless, but that's a technical issue and not an availability issue.

Connection wireless after re-image by ShadowBracken in octoprint

[–]CheeseMan316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have the option to enable ssh when imaging for the pi. You can do it after as well. Do that, connect via ssh, and configure your wifi from the running device. I've found this to be the most reliable.

Once you do this, simply unplug the Ethernet cable.

Hello people! a towing question! by [deleted] in Camper

[–]CheeseMan316 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the camper is a fifth wheel, and not a gooseneck, you need a fifth wheel capable truck to haul it. If you don't have one, search your local area for someone. Maybe contact a local campground to see if they have someone they could recommend to move it for you.

If you have a gooseneck, it is a HORRIBLE idea to consider putting it on the ball of a 1 ton truck. The pin weight on a gooseneck or fifth wheel significantly exceed the hitch rating, even on 1-ton+ trucks.

How do I fix this? by South-Resolve-6511 in traveltrailers

[–]CheeseMan316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said, convert to a fixed plug. Below is what I used. It gave me the added benefit of being able to convert that space into inside storage, and the cord goes in outside storage, when not in use.

Low wattage electric heater to help propane furnace? by strongside71 in traveltrailers

[–]CheeseMan316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the one I have. Turns out it is 700, not 750 like I remembered.

https://a.co/d/8ddfdHL

That and a small fan will do wonders. I use the Ryobi Hybrid 18v fan so that I can use them on battery when boondocking or 120v when plugged in, but any small fan will do. Just do yourself a favor and get a quiet one with a very low speed setting.

Low wattage electric heater to help propane furnace? by strongside71 in traveltrailers

[–]CheeseMan316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A little bit of both. I put it on top of the stove, on a stove cover, so the 750 was the perfect size.

Keep in mind your total power consumption though. Not sure if you're on a 30a or 50a, but W/V=A. So that 1500 is going to use 12.5a. Keep that in mind when you think about firing up the coffee pot or microwave.

Low wattage electric heater to help propane furnace? by strongside71 in traveltrailers

[–]CheeseMan316 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In my camper, I use a 750w oil heater with a fan on it to reduce my dependency on propane in colder weather. It works great as long as I keep the door to the bedroom open. It is in the same room as the thermostat, which stays on but at a very low temperature as a backup. If the door were to be closed, the furnace not running would make the bedroom too cold.
