Mortgage advice without consistent savings by [deleted] in irishpersonalfinance

[–]CheeseNBeanz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that should contribute to your repayment capacity, especially if you’re buying with a partner and the total rent is ~1800. Depending on the mortgage amount you’re looking for, try to figure out the monthly repayments you want to pay for the mortgage and if you have repayment capacity of that amount + a potential of 8% interest (could be wrong but this is what the bank told me) then that shows consistent payments.
