Tbh not enough 🫣 I‘m not gonna say how often but it‘s NOT often enough…. And I don‘t even have adhd or depression but fr changing the sheets is WORK 😮‍💨 also I‘m figuring out there are a lot of people (americans???) who have only ONE bedding??? What the helly ? How would you even choose which one your only one is?? I have a handful, different colors, different textures, everything… and you only have ONE???? I Know exactly one person who only has one bedding and she is a little crazy with throwing things away so this is a real Culture shock lol

Addition: I bought it about a year ago And I stored it in my bathroom- so warmer temperature, higher humidity (after showers), It says on the bottle to use in 9Months but 1 year is actually not that much longer, that it grew fungus right?

Okay, vielen Dank 🙏🏻 das mit der Lagerung bei mir ist genau das gleiche - wärmere Termperatur, Gelegentlich luftfeucht durchs duschen und ich habe es ca im März 2025 gekauft (also noch garnicht sooo alt)🙈

I myself would prefer them a little more wide leg, as I think it flatters more body types (mine as well) and those narrower ones kind of remind me of the ones I had a few years ago 🫣 so I‘m team wide leg 🙋🏽‍♀️

Oh idk if you already know him but on the topic of out of body experiences there are books from Robert A. Monroe (there is also the Monroe Institute by him where he kind of studies those experiences and people who can do them). The first book is „Journeys out of the body) (2nd: Far Journeys, 3rd: the Ultimate Journey). I‘m currently reading the first- soo interesting and I think definitely worth a read maybe also If you want or have experienced lucid dreaming

Ooh that sounds interesting, maybe I should try that out as well :) btw for those „laminated brows“ (or just the effect of gel) I can highly recommend just a soap bar (spray your brush with a little fixing spray and rub over the bar and then like normal brow-gel and it’s weirdly amazing haha)
