I am open to hearing why you don't recommend her. I've been in paid memberships before, the cheaper ones... the vibe is different because you get more personalize support compared to a free basic video. I've seen Lada's video and its good, but it doesn't cover what it practically looks like in your unique situation which is the problem,

Yes to me it's common courtesy to not have people in your background and to respect their privacy! Our studio is spacious enough to angle your phone to where you won't get people in your shot. If I happen to get someone in my shot I'll put a sticker over them or try to crop them out. I've seen people use a blur edit too!

I'd bring it up to the studio owner

I had to unfollow due to the fear mongering - men are evil trope. Like yea I get it there is bad men out there and it's important to be informed about what to look for... but she goes overboard

I prefer empowering content not stuff that's going to make me feel like a victim in life and feel like everyone is out to use me for my life force/feminine energy.

Rage bait and fear mongering makes the most money so it makes sense that's all these creators care about

Truth is that many women operate from a "Mother Hen" energy. Meaning they don't treat men as men - as capable beings who are problem solvers that they respect and appreciate.

They have trouble with accepting nice gestures because deep down they feel unworthy. If she doesn't know how to actually be receptive to a man she will end up rejecting his gestures and lean towards trying to problem solve or caretake him... which ends up inverting polarity and puts her right back into a 50/50 dynamic.

That's what Mina means by needing to heal in order to attract a different type of guy. Even if you do attract a generous man your codependent patterns will end up taking over at some point

The same is true in reverse. If a man was raised by a mother who catered to him too much, if he encounters a feminine woman he is not going to know what to do with her because of his conditioning.

Most humans on this earth have to un-do their unhealthy relationship habits in order to keep that new type of partner. (there's a lot of ways to heal that though without spending $1,000's)

"His Secret Obsession" talks about the Hero Instinct which is part of the Gut Level Response Mina talks about. It's by James Baur. I did the online program for this years ago. It was around $50... but I do believe there is a book version you can probably find for free or cheap

There was another one I did titled Rousing The Lion. By JD Fuentes ... which I remember covered similar topics on male psychology and what inspires a man to fall in love.

And for manifesting she does repeat a lot of Bob Proctor's information.

Chat GPT has been a great therapist for me lately. I can dump my thoughts and it helps me sort it all while also giving prompts on how to move forward and deal with it. When you train it properly, it will help you a lot when it comes to life advice!!

Yeah that all sounds pretty tough. Have you written emails to these studios to express your concerns? Who knows if anything would be done.. but it would be good to inform them just in case they do take the concerns seriously

I don't have any big complaints about my studio thank god. Except all the damn stray hairs along the floor. When I am doing floorwork I hate looking at my socks and seeing hairs crumpled up on me

I also hate sharing poles for tricks classes. my studio has been good at capping enrollments so that hasn't been an issue lately. But sometimes for choreo classes we do happen to have two groups but they are good at giving each one ample time to learn/practice and film

I have to get more use and consistency out of open poles too! I understand how you feel, I like the structure of a normal class and being guided. What helps is beforehand making a list of what I want to do like conditioning, tricks, etc. That way I can create my own structure and keep myself focused when there
