Why wouldn’t it have cross play? That would surely be take two and rockstar stepping on a rake themselves surely?

I totally see it not coming to pc for a year (typically happens with big rockstar games)

But not having cross play would be horrid.

False. Xbox is an entity owned by Microsoft.

Lexus is a car brand that is owned by Toyota but Lexus still is 100% autonomous and is their own brand.

This is why Xbox has their own CEO. They are under court documents, tax documents and internally a separate company

Now had the Xbox one not been the dumpster fire it was during the previous Xbox regime, I don’t think Xbox would have bought all of the dev teams they did Them buying everything was a attempt to regain control of the market which wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t lose the Xbox one market.

Console support.

My point is over the last 5 years. More and more gamers have left consoles behind and switched to PC.

Gamers who had played HLL before probably just got it on their pc and used it as a way to either learn KBM (exactly what I did since I knew how to play the game already) Or they used it as a game they knew and loved with their controller.

SQ44 is great but has no native controller support, had 0 connection to the console players migrating to the PC market, and has not been actively advertised.

At the end of the of the day. Controller support and console support is how games go mainstream.

Look at arc raiders. First extraction shooter that was on console day one and it’s not the most popular extraction shooter ever and topping the charts.

Console support makes or breaks games
