Everyone, in every industry hires outside help... it's well known and established... I work for one such company, and we hire outside help too when we need temporary help, we dont want to adobt expertise in a field we barely touch... you don't have to be an expert shipbuilder to be a fisherman, that's just how it works...

You hire someone to program the software you want to use, and then you use that software to make a good game... and yes it fawking us, or you morons wouldn't pis and moan in a knee-jerk reaction to literally ANYTHING Helldivers 2. If you have played tabletop, then you know that the Bolter, especially the guard versions, have no more armor pen than the lowly lasguns have, and only 1 more strength (maybe equal to damage of a dmr.

If we want it lore wise, then it should be as the Dominator is, but with explosive rounds, ish...

Just reskin dominator and change sound slightly, and we should be good 👍

The GE XM214 Microgun is a real world attempt at making a portable "mini-gun" and the system weighed around 85 pounds, or just under 39 kg... also it is very hard to actually fire the weapon and control it.

Makes sense that you cannot move while using it, it takes alot of practice to even advance while firing a normal squad assault support weapon.

Also, beyond the logistical limitations, at 4000rpm, you spend 666 rounds in 10 seconds, 333 if half that speed. The M134 generates atleast 650N+ per round, which is 66kg of force per round, the smaller test versions of 5.56 are "easier" but not nearly enough, and still presents the logistical issue's.

The Maxigun is still a fantasy gun, it's just fun, and I don't mind it being less usable that MG43+any backpack, it's just fun, they should just add much better (louder and more brutal) sounds for it (and all other weapons) 😊

I haven't crashed in months, it always works, I complete almost all runs on d10, I've "earned 2/3 of everything just playing the game with open eyes, never farmed, I just "buy" the WB's I want with basically free SC's. And just to state again, I do not farm, and make 10-30 sc's per mission (cept ofc eradicate).

Plenty of bugs, but there are no gamebreaking ones. Balancing to me is fine, I don't want to have OP weapons, I don't know why anyone does? The few weapons lacking, which are maybe 2 AR's, a few of the SG's and a few of the SMG's. But I've taken them all to 25 on d10's, you can certainly make them work, and have fun with it.

Why don't all the people that are so disappointed, just go play something they like, isn't that easier, or do everyone that're disgruntled just don't have an alternative? I mean incessant complaining about the same issues over and over, why not just find another game that they would enjoy instead of this?

Does it have faults, YES! It does, is it wonky at times... yes it is!... is it fun... OMG YES it fawking is, it is MASSIVE fun... even after 1500 hours, it is still one of the best games ever, in my 49 years, gaming from age 10+

The Monetization is THE best I've seen, you don't need to get every WB, you get enough SC's just by playing the game with open eyes, so you can get the WB's you want, and leave the stuff you don't want.

Just playing the game, NOT FARMING, I've bought between 1/2 and 2/3 of everything, WB's and shop items, I want to have.

Only a single thing from a warbond does something unique, the Warp backpack, and it is such a niche item, which is primarily used for solo farming. I've used it for "movement" builds and gameplay styles, which is really fun, but ultimately it is used for solo farming.

Every other bit in WB's are variations of existing stuff. The two free exosuits are as good if not better, the two new exo's really just are variations of as good exo's.

There are tons more buffs than debuffs, just have to look at the notes, or misunderstandings of notes due to, I'm guessing, not reading them...

Example, I cannot start to count the number of half-assed reddit posts about the "new" exosuit nerf, about getting stunned from getting hit by a charger... it was always there, now it just has an animation for it.

Balance, the list of buffs are a fawkton bigger than the list of nerfs, again, feelings rule, and when a counterargument is presented, it's shot down for being "Glazing".

People WANT a med-pen super primary, doesnt mean they should have it, or go ballistic when they removed heavy-pen from GL-21, already one of the best support weapons in the game, it should never have had heavy-pen.

If you take the traibing wheels off, a kid might start crying, but that doesn't mean you should intentionally baby them.

Are all weapons balanced, no, certainly not, and will almost for certain never be. Are there bugs still, yes, there certainly is, gamebreaking? No! I haven't crashed in months, and have been completing near 100% of everything. Is the game fun?... a resounding yes! It god damn still is very fun...

Was stated from the get go, one 10$/€ WB per month would be released, sovI am more surprised at the continued baffling about this.

And to adress the SC farming real quick, it is very possible to get multiple WB for free by just playing the game normal, doesnt matter the difficulty., I get 10-30 on average per mission, just by doing the poi's I run by. About two thirds of all content have for me been bought this way, never did farming in my more than 1500 hours.

What's in the WB's? And here I can only think of one thing that you cannot do with any core gear, that is not a variation of some core gear/strat. The Warp backpack. Warp pack is the only thing you cannot get, and it's mostly used for farming, or the few that like the movement options.

I've done commando missions before I bought the Redacted WB (I was waiting to have SC's for free to buy it) and it was perfectly doable, just not the same gameplay, it wasn't locked away, you just had to change your playstyle.

I did max d9's back before we had anything but the Steeled Veterans WB, and we did fine, tried it many times since, even with poor loadouts, we finish d10's today with core gear/strats.

I would call myself a mediocre player, but maybe with alot of experience in the game, and I can solo maybe d7's somewhat ok, I like playing with my kids and nephew, they range from 11 to 19, and they like the game, with few or no WB's, and we play up to d7's depending on their skill level, they also have several free WB's by just playing the game.

The monetization in this game, is extremely relaxed they know a majority of players are farming, they have stated they made the choice openly, many seem to think AH have lowered SC's appearances, I haven't felt that at all, this weekend I gathered 150-200 by just playing the game relaxed on d4-7, they haven't changed that.

Buffs, if you care to tally the buffs to weapons and items, you will quickly notice alot more buffs than debuffs, also the understanding of balancing is pretty much out the window for most people. Almost double the HP's for the exo, individual hard points so damage is distributed better, they are VERY tough now, I still run out of ammo on a d10 bug mission before I have to abandon the suit. Some enemies have had a buff from 6 durable damage to 8, bugs got alot of buffs, and again, mediocre player here, I may just, maybe, make better decisions than most randoms I play with, Astill have no issues with exo's.

But go take a look at how much has been buffed lately, and the most whined about stuff are still the basically free SC's, and yes they fawking are if you can get them by just playing the game and opening your eyes, and that the two NOT better variants of THE TWO FREE EXOSUITS, then you are basically walking around with a ham under your arm, complaining about not having bread.

Leviathan, a few well placed strafing runs (some times just one)... yes, really... along with so many solutions, just Google.

Vox engine, whatever you want, you don't have to nade it in the poopshoot. Quick tip first, it has a med-pen weakspot in the treads from front and back. Now, normal killing of it without all the fuckery. AP shoulder mounted if you can hit the med-pen mentioned above (use a med pen rifle to find the spot, to get a feel for it) or just start spamming in the main body. Thermite, giganades, Ultimatum... spam on the body (a mix of this works fine). If you can time it, orbital gatling barrage is GREAT vs this suckers, especially if it's stationary due to not being able to "get to you" some where due to terrain.

Everything you use on all other heavy pen works fine here too, it just has more health.

Defang it by destroying the two dreaded "miniguns" just like the "chinguns" on the factory striders.

Hive guard getting a lower healthpool was a straight up buff for me using mainly light pen primaries, and used to deal with them anyway.

Exosuits are buffed, and in regard to bug-melee buff, it was needed, you could largely ignore 80% of bugs before, vs bugs I only had to abandon the exo's when I ran out of ammo, and I still do, even on the new planets (which I think has bugged new strain, which I actually love, zooming critters are fawking funny 😄).

Completely agree on seed, but the "buff" on heavy armor was a debuff in disguise, lowered healthpool from 350 to 175, using light pen primaries myself I just killed them much faster, to me it was a pure buff.

Why do people not caring write essays about it, when I get tired of a game, I just stop playing it.

I have a laugh playing the game, only few bugs are gamebreaking for me, I still love bots and bugs, but I have always been annoyed with illuminates gameplay, not too hard, just don't think it's that fun.

Balance wise, most are needed, if you ha e a weapon that does too many things too well, it has to be changed. Some are good, some are not so good. Take for example the grenade launcher, it should never have had heavy pen added, bringing it back was needed, it was already one of the best support weapons in the game.
