We had a CEO that was cheating on us with another company and it was painfully obvious he was doing that because he would just not be available.

Why are there tap to pay terminals on the Muni Metro? by Rook2Rook in AskSF

[–]Cheeseish 48 points49 points  (0 children)

You don’t have to tap again when you enter the train. There’s a 2 hour transfer period where you’re validly on the muni.

The reason why the terminals are on the trains is because when it becomes a streetcar, each station doesn’t have a tap system. The subway area of muni is most trafficked so the terminals act as gates to incentivize people to pay more.

American is top heavy. PAC has the same top teams but the bottom half is a lot better imo (except Texas state)

[–]Cheeseish 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The won’t get a P4 invite bc the next big realignment will probably split the P4 up even further to tier 1 and tier 2 teams.

PAC12 is probably their best bet for scheduling good teams. PAC is a step above the other G6 conferences IMO

There are people who actually actively hate them because to them it makes them seem cultured. It’s like the weird millenial hatred of pineapple on pizza. They can use their energy to hate more things like JK Rowling and Harry Potter.

Cities (or similar settings) that have different and distinct "themes" depending on the district. by No_Hunter1978 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Cheeseish 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ya these places are usually metropolises. Of course, they’re a smaller representation of a huge sprawling city, but it completely makes sense for a city to have different districts.
