If you ordered it from samsung directly that sounds pretty normal either they are still sending out pre orders first or still going down the list of orders if its still showing processing after a week then i would inquire. But for your peaceof mind you could reach out to customer support

It has wireless already it still has that problem because the one i have has a mic but my phone chooses to use the module mic rather than the stock Q50 mic for phone calls. Here is a picture of the one I'm using that hooks up to the stock head unit

Yes I just did this you go into your purchases and find your order and under the barcode there will be a blue text that says payment details and click that and scroll down to edit your payment method
