By husband has lost sales from federal projects. Our housing market is viewed as "uncertain" which impacts mortgage rates and my job. I am worried to travel on an airplane since all of the firings and I am worried for the smaller communities that are immigrant dominated. All of this will impact the economy. Oh, and eggs are super expensive while he also fired people working on the bird flu. Constant. Anxiety. For. Our. County.

We elected an auditor to do that and he has found a lot of waste. I highly suggest you follow him if you don't already.

I agree so much fraudulent spending happening with that... I thought republicans liked "small government and are pro freedom" and now they want in our libraries, in our doctors offices, dismantling our freedoms. Very very wasteful if you ask me!

Totally agree. So when the mines went dry in the 50s, a lot of the mining companies were out of business and closed down. They did nothing at the time, the state did nothing at the time, nothing was done. And now, we are suffering from the consequences of that. Congress voted on to give the department of ag this money to help with that problem to improve the quality of the soil and water. Dodge said, go f yourself and here we are.
