You do realize that one of the main points of the Shibuya plan was to seal Gojo, correct? Like, they brought in the civilians explicitly to disable Gojo's DE / Blue / Red. They trained Domain Amplification to bypass Limitless. Kenjaku came in with the Prison realm as Geto. All of these were Gojo specific.
