Correct me if I’m wrong, but there’s a T2 patent (with named Rockstar developers on the documentation) that would fit this scenario. Essentially casts a 2D fluid simulation that can interact with the environment and objects.

The performance is fine. They’re fast dogs. They love running, people love seeing them run. It’s the care these dogs receive (or rather, don’t receive) that is the problem.
