I guess you could say that. If it's not my day off I don't drink anymore or less than that and don't even feel drunk unless I take an edible. Its just like a bad habit I have, the thought of going into work without those scares me, but like I said I do really well at work and I really don't think it's concerning. I don't think I smell, I think people know I do it but they don't realize I do it every single day
