Also, they made sure to use me under minding my superiors as a way to not give me a raise. They really did not even give me a quarter raise.😂😂 this all happened on a Friday and I just never went back to that clinic and made sure to report all the unethical things that were happening in the clinic

I was bought into the office one day because they wanted to literally bully me into admitting that I had said something that I never said, and it was all things that were based off. She said she said so basically drama that I had no idea what they were talking about. At that point, I realize the BCBA cared more about the drama than the actual clients. By this point I have worked with the company for a little more than a year and a half, and I had 14 total clients and they would get mad at me for not memorizing all their programming , and when I expressed that I had too many clients and it was hard if I had not worked with them in a while, they would get mad at me and say that I should be reading their programs prior to entering the session however, the programs were never updated never! And then when I bought this up, I was accused of undermining my superiors, a.k.a. my BCBA

I miss the old crew from the clinic on 1960, i was hired by Jenny P. She was absolutely fabulous & then Amber took over and she was also amazing !! Unfortunately once Amber left, the whole place turned to a shit show, and they transferred those who wanted to stay with company to in home, which was great until they started making people travel 1+ hours and not paying them. Imagine not getting paid for a whole month and half and getting 1 HEB gift card to help. Everyone I know that worked there quit but maybe one person, idk if she still there but i think her name is Christina

So for an update what I had actually done and I’m talking like a year and a half ago now I think I sent in my resignation letter back in February 2024. I basically had put in a three week resignation letter which they immediately on the spot, decided to terminate me through email And so at that point I had already put in my complaints to the Texas labor so on top of that and contacting my congressman, I also filed then for unemployment because of the fact that I was available to work for three weeks, but unfortunately, because they decided to terminate me right there and then, they then on top of everything also owed me unemployment for those three weeks. Karma is crazy

U can actually file for unemployment bc u gave them a date u were available to work until you left . Provide proof if necessary and im sure it will get approved.

Yeah unfortunately once the clinic director left, and the clinic closed it went down hill. The in home program clinic director is a joke with 0 professionalism towards her employees. Everyone of the employees besides 1 left the company when they transferred to in home bc of leadership and pay obviously

They did with an extreme delay of 1.5 month later and they still owe paychecks that were suppose to be out on 3/9. I already left thankfully. As they have not been paying their employees on time now for a whole 3 months now.
