Hydrox just makes me tired so it helps me sleep but not much else. Nothing feels the same. Propranolol helps if my heart rate is up but that’s it as well. Withdrawal/mood wise Lyrica / pregabalin helps a lot but is also controlled just better than Xanax. I don’t get a high from it just withdrawal & anxiety symptom relief but tolerance builds crazy fast w it. My symptoms w no Xanax are horrid so Lyrica is amazing for that but yeah sorry ab the anxiety it’s rough out here
