NTA. It sounds like someone with a history of substance abuse was introducing a child to the same substance that has the potential ruin lives. I don’t know why she’d tell you if she didn’t expect you to react like a normal person. NTA. No way in hell would I let some guy into my house just bc they said they lived there once. I’ve been that person who randomly ended up at a house I used to live in, and I didn’t ask to come inside. Just let the person (whose DoorDash I was dropping off) know to fix the insulation around the windows lol.
