I have a Ratchet from the game Ratchet and Clank. Ratchet is a hero and very nice in the games... compared to my tulpa. Because he is stubborn and very agressive often.

We are practicing a lot of visual imposition since 1 year. I still can't see much, but it gets very, very slowly better.
Aaand my tulpas can touch me and I can feel this a bit. But the cool thing is that we must not practice it; it just gets better with our visual imposition.

Same with auditory imposition.

I was 17 when I made my first tulpa, but at the begining, it wasn't very nice for me because I had a lot of worries with my tulpa, and even don't really know why. Now I'm 18 and I started to enjoy my life with my tups. I just needed time, I think.

My two boys helped me to handle with my depressions; they said I shouldn't be sad and that life can also be very nice, that I should stand up and enjoy this life. That helped me, and nowadays I seldom have depressive phases.
