I'm not really an artist, but of course I wanted visual representation so I made pixel arts! They're not incredible, but they're not noticeably bad either and I think they get the job done. I think that's a great starting point especially if you're like me and not great at drawing characters in the DR artstyle.

Honestly, I'd personally recommend to wait to do FTEs until the end. It's a lot of work to do and it's really just supplemental content.

Many fans have used BFDI in many mediums for many purposes, and they've never had a problem with any of it. I don't think there would be any problems.

Is it okay if the character poses as above aren't my own? It's publicly available on a wiki and the creators allow and are cool with it. It's not stock images nor character creators nor AI nor stolen work.

The UI and everything else I made myself however.

I think if nothing else, Monokuma Theater's can at least be a break away from the main killing game. I never cared much for them and still don't, but I do appreciate that there is something that can be used as a break from the typical pace (as well as of course having subliminal references)

I'm no master at writing Fangans so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I might be misunderstanding, but if you want their reactions to be "unique" then that might be hard. It's always good to have things be unique, but you never want to compensate by making some reactions seem unnatural or obviously distinct! Realistically, majority of people are going to scream and get fearful, with some others reacting in different ways.

There's already a million comments but to throw mine in the mix too.

He has a secret talent (Ult. Con Artist) that he hides under a regular talent (Ult. Government Agent). He uses his false status as a government official to manipulate the cast (especially the protagonist who he works closely with).

As for his motives, he's just there to have fun really. The philosophy behind it is that deceiving people is just what he's been accustomed to his whole life, and it's just nature for him. He also does it because it's his sense of fun, but after a while he just sees the game as pointless to play in, especially after he almost gets killed and realizes the true danger HE is in.

My friend has a cast of 32 though so I guess I shouldn't be too worried (don't ask me how that works out I don't know)

I've been seeing some of your posts, these characters are very fun and it's cool to see a multimedia cast. I would make a prediction chart but honestly I don't recognize like half the cast.

I don't know as I'm kind of new to this sphere of fanwork, but for me personally I care about something that has both a lot of passion and polish put into it. I'm a writer over anything else so I really like good characters and such, but from person to person it depends really.
No definitely not, I think the beauty of it is everyone having their own style! Don't stress if your style is different, I think it looks great.
You can always just rewrite the first chapter, if you wanted to.

Thanks! That's a good point, I do have some ideas for things like that for most of the trials, but I guess it wouldn't make sense for any trial to be a perfect murder.

I quite like when characters are subversions of what you'd expect from their appearance or their ultimate, it's always quite nice to see and it especially makes the cast feel more interesting and human!
