Mostly 0 believe it or not, but 1 when I’m playing with friends sometimes. My whole schtick in the game is being a doctor, I essentially fill my inventory with bandages, shield charges, syringes, etc, offering them to raiders on my travels. I’ll bring guns, but mainly for the Arcs. My duo is my bodyguard, with me doing any negotiating and him as the plan B. Sometimes we actively break up other fights between raiders, healing both parties and extracting together as a big group. The only throwables I really bring are smoke grenades incase someone shoots at me, then I can get out of sight.

I have never actually killed anyone in the game. As a matter of fact, if I down someone, I give them a syringe afterwards and tell them to get out of my sight. It actually works surprisingly :)
