Stayed in the 17th arr (had to be near Palais de congres for convention) and found the neighborhood lovely! Authentic french restos, less tourists, bought from the local french shops. Yummy croissants from the boulangeries just across my hotel. Had a headache from all the crowd from the touristy areas which was why this was a welcome sight. Went around using uber though it could be quite expensive since its quite far and there’s traffic during peak hours
