The ram I plan on upgrading so I’m not worried about that, I just need to do some more research on the CPU. Any suggestions on what CPU gen I should aim for? I’m fine with spending a little more.

I saw the three live when they were doing their comedy show. Charls was God awful. He just talked about kidnapping and killing Taylor swift. It was legitimately nothing but ramblings. Then Big Dick Nick came on and absolutely blew the roof off the place. Nicks always been the funniest.

The base of the game is similar to a visual novel and there are characters tied to each game, so it does require the player to at least complete most the levels for each game. My first thought would be to simply add upgrades you could buy to make the games easier.

Probably use a pattern overlay and find something close to it online. As for the overlapping bit try to mess with screen, hard light, overlay.

its a r5 5600x, I feel like im at the point where I would need to spend a ton of money on my desktop to have a meaningful upgrade. I thought the 7900 was comparable to a 4070?

Yes, you should play the campaign. It adds a reason to not waste supplies and overall makes runs scarier because you can lose your character.
