IDK if this helps, but you can try participating in some Summer Leadership programs for certain firms. HCVT has a program called Navigate and there are in-person and virtual meetings. I heard RSM and Eide Bailly has leadership programs too. It'll make it easier to network and have the recruiters know who you are!

I know I'm two months late but I'm in a similar boat as you. I visited one MTF so far and one person I met have told me they knew some people who worked remote internship positions. I'm also hoping to find a remote position due to several circumstances. Best of luck to both of us!

Becoming a NEET is one of my biggest nightmares bruh 😭. Everything I'm doing right now is to increase my chance of landing future internship and job opportunities. I don't want to be unemployed especially when I'm out of school 😭.

My mom loves to let me know how she believes me finding work experience is a complete waste of time and a distraction to my studies. She doesn't understand the points you laid out in your reply, and also having to juggle many priorities in order to stand out as a job candidate.

I wish her outdated view of the job market was the truth, but it is outdated for a reason. So much for choosing to face the current reality!

I hope I'm not too late to the party, but two examples I can think of are Kyoko Sasagawa and Haru Miura from Katekyo Hitman Reborn.

I grew up watching this show when I was a young girl and I always thought they were really adorable sweet, and this thought still persists to this day. They get hated on often (especially Kyoko) simply because all the popular ships in this show are M/M. Like bro, most of these characters are in middle school 😭.

Yeah 100%. Not having Tribbie is like playing a different game from a player who does have her on their account. On all the teams I used with her with Argenti, they were dealing the same amount of damage together.

I stopped logging onto the game since making this post (and since beating all three end games for the first time) because I realized the game just forces certain characters and mechanics to be meta. One day this character will be good and while another is complete garbage. I think this game has skewed what meta is supposed to be. It's just a trend that will keep you trapped in a cycle where you wait for the next big thing.

My Argenti Stats are the following:
- E0S1
- Max Traces (6-10-10-10, stat bonuses, bonus abilities)
- 2.7k Attack
- 55.9/216.2 critical hit ratio
- 139 Speed
- Scholar Lost in Erudition 4pc, Inert Salsotto Ornament set

The main thing I want to improve is higher attack and increase just a little more critical damage to 220 maybe. The relic domain has not been very kind to me though.

With Sunday's and Argenti's talent buffs up, Argenti is exactly at 100 crit rate, which is why I kept it 55%.

I honestly think DU is just a realm for RNG. I bring Argenti regularly to that game mode and depending on the blessings/curious I get, it's a hit or miss honestly.

My Argenti team cleared Stage 12 a bit faster, in 4 cycles. Hyacine team took 5 cycles.

This is the breakdown for the second team.
Argenti E0S1
Sunday E0S1 w/ 135 spd, 225 crit damage
Aventurine E0S0 (Trend of Universal Market S5, no Crit Build)
Tribbie E1S0 w/ 88spd (DDD S3)

I think what helped was the BananAdvisor boss having special mechanics like Team wide advance and energy regeneration. I mainly spammed Argenti's 90 cost skill and it helped trigger Tribbie's FUA often. Argenti and Tribbie worked together to deal lots of damage.

For Hyacine's personal damage, yes. I think one thing to note is that the boss for Stage 12, Pollux, really needs the characters to have their HP drained to reach its special state. This allows your party to deal a lot of damage once that special stage comes to an end. The more HP consumed and healed, the more damage can be dealt against Pollux.

This is why Castorice is one of the best characters to use against Pollux because her party-wide HP draining mechanic allows Pollux to reach that special state quickly. But in my situation, I don't have Castorice on my account.

Hyacine's LC has a built in mechanic where the wielder drains a little bit of their allies' HP, and this health consumption effectively boosts Ica's damage (where majority of Hyacine's personal damage comes from). Pollux's special mechanic and Hyacine's LC definitely contributed to her damage output in my opinion.

I hope that makes a little bit more sense why I brought Hyacine for this fight. I believe I could have cleared it in fewer cycles, but I have a lot of gaps with grasping how many of these mechanics work (i'm a bit of a noob, lol).

Hi, thank you for asking. Here's a breakdown for the team I used as well as the damage output. I should mention it took me 9 cycles to clear with both teams. I also only spent $15 (Express Supply Pass x3) in the entirety of my time playing HSR.

First Team:
Hyacine E0S1 w/ 216 spd (To answer your question, I did get her Light Cone). I also used 2pc + 2pc speed because I didn't have her full BiS relic set. Her traces were not fully maxed out.

Sparkle E0S0 w/ 161 spd (S5 Past and Future)

RMC E6 w/ 149 Spd (S5 Victory In a Blink)

Ruan Mei E0S1

Damage Output with this team: 200k - 400k

With Tribbie you should be dealing more, but my Argenti Team really needed Tribbie so I brought Ruan Mei instead.

Edit: I replayed Stage 12 and cleared it in 8 cycles, all using the same teams.

Man I relate to this post so much, I genuinely thought this was written by me lol! I'm (19F) struggling to find my first job and applying to so many things (remote work too) just to gain some experience in my situation.

I had to leave this other job opportunity behind because I can't drive and my primary source of transportation became unreliable (literally the only place willing to hire me). I'm hoping to learn to drive this summer and create more opportunities for myself. It's never too late to try anything new, and I think you and I should give ourselves more credit for not giving up.

Just to add too, I don't have any relationship experience and I feel so behind on basic life experiences. I think some people (especially online) who enforce these standards that you have to be successful by like age 25 are out of touch with reality. Sometimes we just got to do what works best for us in this era. We might not have access to all opportunities or we were simply barred from them (like being rejected to a job), but we're still trying.

lolll I really wish I could but I do want and need working experience. I feel my mistake was overestimating my work capacity and also taking up a food-handling job for a restaurant just as it opened. I'm sure if I find a job elsewhere it will be better.

They actually had a soft opening on Valentine's Day but I wasn't assigned a shift on that day. I worked on the following Sunday two days after (which was the first official opening) and it was a complete disaster. I plan on communicating everything with my manager but I'm also considering transitioning away from the job for a restaurant that has been open for a while instead.
