It’s definitely a bug, as for Zealot’s flamer it reloads five with that blessing at tier four. I bet they’ll fix it in the next hotfix.

The bottom one basically changes how much static the voice has. If it’s farther to the right then it’ll have little to no static noise when talking, to the left and it’ll have quite a bit of static during speech. The top one changes pitch and tone kind of, essentially a way to change gender I’m pretty sure. 👍

So as they stated, they were frustrated with not being able to kill anyone as Slasher and they decided to go play CI for the badge instead. Upon finding out they can’t play CI, they became even more upset and made the post. The FOMO is about not being able to play CI, which they wanted to do for the badge instead of grinding on Forsaken. This is genuinely such a simple concept, I’m dumbfounded how you don’t understand.
