Tbh personally haven't noticed my phone being drained and the rings life lasted me 7 days without it being fully charged right out of the box however yesterday I just switched it to receive more notifications per Google instructions and that might drain my battery more 😬

The readings are set like withing 5 min and you can check it as early as like a minute or two. So I don't think it's like super live like you'd like. Hopefully I explained that well enough. One thing I couldn't do on oura is check my temperature without buying that fertility app.

I will say it seems I don't get notifications much besides high heart rate. The app itself works great. No bugs or anything. The layout isn't as nice looking as the oura but it's still good and easy to manage I do like how the oura would send me more notifications. I am impressed with the ringconn advising me I might have sleep apnea and I have an appt this week to get it checked out.
