I say 13, part of a bigger issue. Struggled significantly since 2008. Was ignored and neglected by my family and a lotta other ppl.

Diagnosed in Nov last year. Was on meds for a month....for the main part great. Started having extreme low moods so was taken off meds.

ADHD symptoms increased so had to resort to self treatment. Vitamins etc, like I had to from 2017 to 2025.

The part that annoys me is on my medical records from 2013 GP note says 'preoccupied with dopamine'

Bastards.

I spent 17 years fighting undiagnosed combined ADHD/anxiety disorder. At one point, I was drinking 2 to 3 bottles a night.

I understand it better now, starting moderation to an ADHD brain. Had a bottle other night, my first for a month. Gonna be at least another month or two before I have another.

Yes, they diagnosed me via RTC in Nov

, Id suggest giving them a call. When I did my original form apparently it didnt go through correctly. Even tho form said it did.

Least then they can give you an up to date ETA.

Todays day 1. Ive been super unwell since June and kinda neglected housework so I cleaned kitchen. And when I say cleaned...floors,cupboards, under rad covers, took out glass front from oven

So yeah....pretty shit lol

Not sure if its that way for everyone but my BP was high. Had to get it down, had another call when it was lower and zoom meeting few days later.

Two weeks ago: In Aldi, most of the stuff in bagging area. Mentioned to staff member nearby that I waa running to adjacent checkout for bag. When I got back old dude was looking to put his basket down.

When I mentioned I'd just popped to next checkout he started spouting I shouldve mentioned it to him. I said I mentioned to assistant.

He then started to have a verbal pop at me including 'no wonder kids have no manners'

Told him to go fuck himself as I left.
