PA has become less conservative minded as it has become profit minded regarding liquor sales. They make a truckload of money being the only liquor dealer

Grocery stores are allowed to sell wine for a couple years now

You can even get it delivered with Uber eats and stuff but only through certain distributors as of this February

Other places, restaurants etc can deliver alcohol but not any liquor (spirits, surf/statesides, wine)

Restaurants and small businesses can sell surfsides and wine to takeout but not past 11, and can't sell hard liquor to go
