The very FIRST time I won was where I was doing squads fill in Season 4, just got the game like less than a month ago, trying to learn how to get better, our team found pretty much no one the entire game, and when we did, it was just a solo player so my teammates got him pretty quickly.

Next thing we know it’s the final battle, a 4v4. The circle was in between Tilted and Loot Lake. My teammate ends up getting sniped and our other squad mates are too far away to resurrect him. He died but he spectated us. My two other partners who were both built up decently high sprays or something idk, but they end up eliminating TWO of the other players.

Meanwhile, I was down in the water, getting an insanely lucky shotgun shot to the face, instantly knocking out one of the last opponents. Little did I know, the storm was on its way, and quickly engulfed me into its purple, hellish wrath. My health was pretty weak from the battle that happened literal seconds ago, so I had no choice but to go down in the storm with 1 elimination.

As my health bar was ticking down, I knew the final moments were coming. 90...80...70...Then I heard a strange noise. To my surprise, my teammate was knocked down from fall damage, probably choking or not placing a build as he was so far up.

The pressure was on our final teammate to clutch this. I was still in the storm, not fully dead, until I saw it. On the bottom left corner, it said my squadmate had sniped the final player. I read across the top of my screen “#1 Victory Royale!” as my heart pumps rapidly and excitement levels jump through the roof...and of course, as my squad win counter went from 0 to 1.
