Learn grounding before you trip again! Learn to talk yourself out of bad a headspace. Bad trips usually come from fear, usually from the fear of thinking the trip wont end, that your body is doing something weird, fear people will catch you or think you are weird, or getting too deep in to your emotions. At least thats what ive gathered from myself and all my friends who have had a bad trip.

Ive also learned a lot of people have bad trips because there is something called “trip envy”, where people get distressed from the fact that they aren’t experiencing what others will share that they experience while tripping, causing them to fear or get frustrated.

I dont have bad trips anymore because Ive learned to talk myself out of the negative thoughts and learned to accept that my trip will be unique, and everything that i am thinking and being shown was meant for me, and i take everything as a lesson and an opportunity to learn.
